Hole ‘N Fun Charity Golf Tournament

Celebrating our 5th anniversary in 2025!

Wednesday, September 3, 2025   –   The Hamptons Golf Club – Calgary, AB

The Hole ‘n Fun Charity Golf Tournament is fun, one-day golf tournament hosted at the beautiful Hamptons Golf Club in support of the Calgary Police Youth Foundation. This event features 18-holes of golf, friendly competitions, prizes, a buffet dinner, a silent auction and more!

Organized annually by a dedicated group of volunteers, including board members, donors, sponsors and community members, this tournament proudly supports the eleven crime prevention, education, and early intervention programs governed and funded by the Calgary Police Youth Foundation, helping to keep children and youth in our community safe from victimisation and crime.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Registration Fee: $1,550/ team or $387.50/individual. Please note that a $250 tax receipt with be provided to each team (or $62.50 per individual). Registration is currently open and teams go fast! The deadline to register is August 15th. Register today by completing the Hole ‘n Fun Registration Form.

Each player will be provided with:

  • Tee gift
  • Buffet dinner
  • Welcome goodie bag filled with snacks
  • Variety of surprises on event day

Tournament Format: Hole ‘n Fun is played in a Texas Scramble format. Each team will also receive a “Mulligans and More” package which consists of 2 mulligans, a pro long drive, driving range featured skills contest, and a putting green challenge.

Gift-in-Kind Donations: We are also appreciative of gift-in-kind donations for prizing, volunteer appreciation draws, goodies for our welcome bags, and auction items.

Additional Information: 

  • There will be a Mix & Mingle during registration featuring a variety of Calgary Police Service units.
  • Participants will have the option to purchase a discounted BBQ before the start of the tournament. 
  • Endless Jelly Modern Doughnuts are BACK – an annual favourite!
  • Prizes will be provided for all 8 skills contests.
  • Tournament will feature the Calgary Police Service radar gun hole measuring the speed of drives with prizes for top in Men’s and Ladies categories.
  • Watch for the amazing Par 3 Hole-in-One prizes on event day.
  • Great team prizes will be provided to a minimum of three teams. 

New this Year: We are announcing that Event Trophies will now be provided to each golfer on the winning team. In addition, a large Event Trophy will be updated each year with the winning team member names, kept on display at CPYF and each golfer can keep the trophy for a month!

  • Online Silent Auction – Opening in Mid-August, our Hole ‘n Fun silent auction features a variety of incredible items and experiences for you to bid on.
  • Live Auction – Stay tuned for two exclusive items that will be availble for bid during the dinner reception.

About the Calgary Police Youth Foundation

The Calgary Police Youth Foundation (CPYF) plays a vital role in fostering a safer, healthier future for Calgary by engaging the community in its mission to provide every child and youth with the opportunity to live a life free from the negative influences and impacts of crime.

CPYF proudly funds and provides leadership to eleven carefully designed child and youth programs focussed on crime prevention, education, and early intervention. These programs are delivered to the community in collaboration with the Calgary Police Service and trusted community partners.
