Whistleblowing Policy:

The Calgary Police Foundation (CPF), doing business as Calgary Police Youth Foundation, requires Board members, employees and volunteers to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. As representatives of the CPYF, all Board members, employees and volunteers must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

The CPYF Whistleblower Policy is intended to encourage and enable Board members, employees and volunteers to raise serious concerns internally so that CPYF can address and correct inappropriate conduct and actions. The Chair of the Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring that all complaints about unethical or illegal conduct are investigated and resolved. All reports received will be held confidential, promptly investigated, and appropriate corrective action will be taken if warranted.
