Claire O’Connor is the Executive Director of the Aeonian Support for Humanitarian Charities Foundation where she manages philanthropic strategy and giving for her family’s private charitable foundation. She is a Director of Aeonian Capital Corporation and spent the early part of her career as a marketing and communications professional prior to raising her three boys.
As a native Calgarian, Claire is passionate about understanding the priorities of our community and supporting stability and advancement opportunities for our youth. She shares the values of the Calgary Police Youth Foundation to see a city where our youth feel connected, engaged, and safe from crime and victimisation.
Claire holds an MBA from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Music from the New England Conservatory of Music, a Board Effectiveness Certificate from the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a certified Canadian Advertising Accredited Professional (CAAP).
