Jennifer Evick-Dugdale has over 20 years experience with corporate finance and has a wealth of exposure in managing a breadth of areas within organizations including human resources, information technology, employee training and corporate governance.​

Jennifer served as a senior finance professional in the energy industry for over ten years. Most recently, Jennifer was the CFO and co-founder of a private oil and gas start-up and previous to that, CFO, co-founder and Director with Mapan Energy Ltd., a publicly traded natural gas company. She also served as the Corporate Controller of C&C Energia Ltd., a TSX listed oil producing company with assets in Colombia, SA.

She also spent ten years at ARC Financial Corp., (“ARC”), one of the world’s leading private equity fund managers. She was pivotal in the management of the ARC Energy Funds and partnerships including as a liaison to the funds varied and numerous high-profile investor groups, US and Canadian tax planning and compliance, reporting of ARC’s complex portfolio information.

Jennifer is a native Calgarian who earned her CPA,CA in Alberta while articling at Arthur Andersen following a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography both from the University of Calgary. She was an active working dance mom of two children – who are now embarking on their university days. When not kicking her dog and cat off Zoom calls, Jennifer loves to run, travel, attend conferences and visit historic sites of the Europe and North America.
